After your offer is accepted, we will lock in your interest rate, go through your initial disclosures (via e-sign), order your appraisal and title reports, finalize your homeowner’s insurance and obtain final underwriting approval. You will then get a closing disclosure with the amount of funds needed for closing, and we meet you at the attorney’s office to sign your final loan documents. You finally get your keys!
